Our first step, also the most important and the one to which we pay special attention, is always to get to know our client and his/her wishes. Using conversation with our clients and various questionnaires, we try to get an insight of the state of the matter, detect out client’s needs and his/her way of life.
Highly detailed approach in this step leads us to the most important point – to recognise our client’s affinities, to see which style of decoration he/she prefers. All of this enables us to offer best possible solutions for the premises.
We advise our client on the arrangement and selection of furniture, the selection of floor and wall coverings, textures and colours of the interior, as well as on the selection of lighting.
Conceptual design and 3D visualisation
Getting to know our client and reaching the insight of the state of the matter, we are ready to provide conceptual design for the real estate, including a design draft, ground plan, together with the arrangement of furniture in individual rooms, manufacture of floor and wall coverings, solution for light installation, or, depending upon the project, only one of the above.
Next step is a 3D visualisation, which enables the client to see conceptual design through photos and video visualisation. In this way he/she can get a more realistic view of the future appearance of his/her premises, a view of the furniture and size ratio, of the use of colours, textures, lighting and all the other details of the interior.
The aim of this step is to present the client with a functionally organised and visually attractive premises, adapted to his/her living needs, wishes and requirements.
Implementation solution
In order to realise the conceptional design presented, we provide the implementation solution which includes detailed blueprints for the furniture made to measure, the plan of laying carpeting and tiles, as well as the other project and design documentation, with a realistic cost statement attached.
All of the above is done in order to successfully implement the final step of organising all the construction and other necessary works.
Monitoring and control of construction works and equipping premises by “turn-key” concept
After all the preparatory steps have been completed, the clients are often faced with a long-lasting and challenging road to final realisation of the project. We are especially proud of our ability to successfully realise our clients’ projects and led them to the very end and final details, in the situation when our clients lack necessary knowledge and experience.
The service of completely taking over a project means we are able to follow the requests of our customers to the final phase, or take over coordination and organisation of all the construction works, manufacture, purchase and assembling of the furniture, lighting, textiles and other decorative details.
Home staging
This is the service of arranging and decorating a real estate, with the aim to adapt it in the best possible way, with minimal costs, so as to distinguish it from the competition and to be sold as soon as possible or rented under the best possible price.
We employ various techniques to make the real estate more attractive, using various small tricks, stressing everything good, putting all the potential of the real estate into the front plan, while trying to put fewer good aspects into the background. This is a carefully designed, systematic and coordinated methodology of preparing a real estate to be sold or rented.
The service can be applied for real estates that are sold, rented, and also for apartments or holiday homes.
